Trinity Students,
This week many of you
experienced performance issues with TigerPAWS. After much analysis, it was
determined that a component of our web server software was most likely affected
by a Microsoft software patch that was recently installed. The issue would only
be experienced during periods of high utilization and therefore was not noticed
until registration began. Configuration settings have been readjusted and tuned
and the system seems to be stable once again. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may have caused.
