Subject: UIL Music Competition at Laurie Auditorium

To all Students, Faculty & Staff,

Trinity University is scheduled to host the UIL Music Competition on 03/31/2009 and 04/01/2009 beginning at 7:00am and continuing through 7:00pm on each day.  This evening, Lot “B” and the east end of Lot “H” will be closed at 11:00pm for the competition in order to accommodate school buses arriving on the morning of the competition.  The lots will remain closed until all school buses have departed the campus. 

Due to high pedestrian traffic around Laurie Auditorium on the two days of the scheduled competition, members of the campus community entering the auditorium parking levels should expect delays beginning at 7:00am and continuing throughout the day.  Officers will be assigned to direct the school buses and the pedestrian traffic on Laurie Drive and will be available to assist those attempting to enter the auditorium’s parking levels.  Do not hesitate to contact the DCS dispatcher at extension 7070 with any parking concerns.
