Students, Faculty, and Staff,

 

In an effort to improve our services and efficiently process requests for IT services, Information Technology Services has modified the work order request system to automatically generate work orders via email.

 

When you submit an email to either helpdesk@trinity.edu OR its-helpdesk@trinity.edu, you will receive an email from TU helpdesk that contains the work order reference number that has been assigned to your request.  Please do not reply to this email.

 

A Helpdesk Analyst will follow up with you either by phone or email for additional information, clarification, or to assist you in resolving your issue.  If your issue remains unresolved, a Helpdesk Analyst will assign a technician to complete your work order.  At this time you will receive a second confirmation email that contains the name of the technician who has been assigned and a scheduled date of completion.

 

To check on the status of your work order, contact the Helpdesk at 999-7409.  Please have your work order number available if possible.
