Making an Appointment
When to make an appointment: We will only accept appointments for students who have already attended the First Steps Presentation and intend to study abroad in the next term. So, from August to October, we will advise students for the Spring semester. From November to March, we will advise students for the Fall, Full Year and Summer terms. From April to August, we will meet with any student.
**Exceptions will be made for Pre-Med, Engineering, and Accounting majors. If you feel that there are other extenuating circumstances and you need to see us earlier, you must e-mail us for an exception before making an appointment. **
Initial Appointment: For your first appointment, you must make an appointment for an hour. Please write your full name and the specific term you plan to study abroad (Fall/Spring/Summer, 2010/2011/2012/2013) in the space for your appointment time. You will also need to download the degree status worksheet, fill it out, print it and bring it in for your first appointment. Please read the instructions carefully on the worksheet, fill it out to the best of your ability, and we will go over the information with you in your appointment.
Follow-up Appointment(s) and Application Appointment: Any additional appointments will be for 30 minutes unless we tell you otherwise.
