Beginning in Fall 2004 the new Tiger-Buzz phone card will allow Trinity University students to make inexpensive calls around the country and around the world.  All that is needed is a touch-tone phone or access to the Internet to sign up for the optional long distance program available from C-Com communications.

 

This program is available to any Trinity University Student, Alumni, Faculty, or Staff member.  The Tiger-Buzz phone card has Great Rates!  Absolutely no hidden charges, no monthly fees, and no time restrictions when making calls.

It’s so simple to use
 

Using your Tiger-Buzz phone card you can place a call from any touchtone phone in the United States and Canada.  Once you receive your sign-up approval and authorization code, to place a call dial the toll free number 1.800.898.8403 enter 555+your 7-digit Trinity ID number+PIN and press #.  Then dial 1 + area code & phone number you wish to call.

 

The Tiger-Buzz phone card rate is $.06 per minute for all calls originating and terminating in the continental United States.  Foreign country rates are available and posted < Click HERE >

 

FYI: Calls originating from a Pay Phone will receive an additional charge of $.30 per call as mandated by the FCC.

 

C-Com features a convenient e-billing feature. You can receive your monthly bill wherever you get e-mail.  You can pay by check, credit card, debit card, or bank withdrawal.  Arrangements can be made with C-com customer service for automatic monthly bank drafts to cover your payments.

 

The Tiger-Buzz phone card is a simple to use, no nonsense, hassle-free service. 

 

If you need customer service, you will deal with real people, not automated answering machines.  Calls made to C-Com customer service during normal business hours go to people who can most likely handle the problem while you are on the phone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this application for a Tiger-Buzz Phone Card service, I am agreeing to pay for the long distance telephone services as billed to me by C-Com.

By requesting this calling card service, such service is restricted to a maximum credit limit of $150.  Once this limit is reached the card will be temporarily suspended.  If a larger or smaller limit is desired,
I can call Customer Service during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 08:00am-6:00pm (Mountain Standard time)

Bills will be sent on or about the 10th of each month and are due on the 20th of the same month.  Payment can be made by mail, automatic bank withdrawal or credit card.  If payment is not received by the end of the following month, the long distance services will be suspended until payment is received.

Payment arrangements made via credit card (or to setup automatically) by contacting C-Com Customer Service during regular business hours at 1-800-301-0788.

If there is an emergency, call 1-800-301-0788 and follow the instructions to receive a callback from the on duty Customer Service representative.
