As of June 1, 2007, your Trinity University Alumni email account will become a Trinity Alumni Gmail account.  The new addresses will be:
userID@alum.trinity.edu

Gmail is Google's email system that makes archiving, grouping, and indexing your email a snap.  Additionally, with this move to Gmail, you will have 2.8 GB of storage space.  This is much more than the current Trinity email system is able to provide.  The system is also web-based, enabling you to access your email through Google’s simpler and friendlier interface, everywhere you go.

That’s why this is such exciting news—you get the cachet of a trinity.edu email address combined with the easy access and excellent features of Gmail.

After the accounts are moved over on June 1, 2007, we will not be able to forward email from your old Trinity address to the new @alum.trinity.edu address, so we encourage you to share your new address with family and friends soon.
