Building Bridges with Information Literacy

Girls ReadingBuilding Bridges with Information Literacy will introduce you to the great people and resources of the Coates Library through an interactive orientation on August 26 & 27. You'll work with your Resident Mentor group to gather information within one of four scenarios. Each RM group has the chance to win points and compete for one of the grand prizes: Two $150 catered study breaks. Winning RM groups will prep for midterms in style!

Four Scenarios

Each RM group will work within the context of one of four scenarios related to international aid and outreach work. Small groups will learn about information resources while working together to complete a set of tasks. Click here to check out the scenarios.
