When searching in Google, look for sites that offer pre-selected lists of foreign papers in English--five of these are listed in the General section below.

When navigating a large list, use Ctrl-F to find the country you are looking for.

When evaluating a given site, look to see that the article you are interested in was written by a reporter from that country, rather than by an outside source such as an international news agency or a U.S. or U.K. source. Be sure to check the date.

Avoid news sites that appear biased or sensational in their coverage--and be careful using content from sites aimed at an ex-patriot or tourist audience.
