1967-69:  Robert Stutts completed his Master’s Degree thesis under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently a practicing dentist in Dallas, Texas.

1968-69:  H. Jane Chihal completed her Master’s Degree thesis under the mentorship of LLE. She currently holds the MD/PhD Degrees and is a practicing physician in Plano, Texas.

1972-74:  Sue B. Stacy completed her Master’s Degree thesis under the mentorship of LLE. After raising her family, she recently completed her PhD Degree in Cellular and Structural Biology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.

1974-76:  Larry Coons completed his Master’s Degree thesis under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently and executive at ROLM, an IBM and Siemens Company, in Austin, Texas.

1974-76:  J.M.R. Rawson, Ph.D., conducted two years of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently a practicing physician.

1987-89:  Yasuhiko Higuchi, M.D., Ph.D., conducted two years of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kyorin University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan.

1987-90:  Nobuyuki Tanaka, M.D., Ph.D., conducted three years of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kumamoto University Medical School in Kumamoto, Japan.

1989-91:  Tetsuro Kawano, M.D., Ph.D., conducted two years of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE. He is currently a practicing physician in Kumamoto, Japan.

1998-00:  Shinya Yoshioka, M.D., from Kyoto University Medical School worked for 18 months toward his Ph.D. (awarded by Kyoto University) under the mentorship of LLE.

1998-00:  Takeshi Ujioka, M.D., Ph.D., from Kumamoto University Medical School conducted 28 months of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE.

2003:       Zhi Chang, M.D.  Conducted 6 months of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE.

2004-06:  Haruhiro Kondo, M.D., Ph.D., conducted two years of post-doctoral research under the mentorship of LLE.  In October, 2006, he will return to his position of Asst. Prof. of OB/GYN at St. Marianna Univ. Medical school in Tokyo, Japan.
