Trinity University is taking part in a national assessment of incoming students research practices.
While librarians constantly hear from administrators about this issue, new librarians have only become vocal on the issue recently. This project was the result of conversations at the ACRL 2003 conference in Charlotte, NC, and took place during most of 2003-2004. The results were shared at the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Conference in Minneapolis, MN, in April 2005.
Trinity University partnered with the San
Antonio Public Library and the San Antonio Public Library Foundation to host a
five-part series featuring the theme "A Mind of Her Own: Fathers and Daughters
in a Changing World." The discussion series took place during the Fall 2006
semester.
