The conference will take place at the Emily Morgan Hotel. The Emily Morgan Hotel is an eclectic mix of modern decor and timeless architecture located next to San Antonio's most famous attractions - the Alamo and the Riverwalk. Enjoy a scenic cruise of the river, fine dining and shopping just outside your door!

For the first 18 institutions that submit abstracts for the conference, the Trinity University HHMI grant will defray travel costs (housing, meals, etc.) for one representative from your campus. In addition, we welcome additional campus representatives to come along as part of a team. Additional costs will be minimal (only the additional airfare for those willing to share a room). The TU-HHMI grant will cover meals and social sessions, which are meant to be time for networking and sharing ideas. If you need to book an additional room, this must be done at your institution’s expense. To make all reservations, please contact the TU-HHMI Program Assistant directly at 210-999-7245. She will ensure that all participants are given the discounted room rate for the conference. TU-HHMI will work with the Emily Morgan Hotel in providing payment for the rooms the grant is sponsoring. If you would like to extend your stay in San Antonio, the Emily Morgan Hotelis extending the special conference rate for attendees. Any additional nights will be at the expense of the attendees.
