Reservations for equipment may be made by phone (999-8851) or by stopping in at the E.R.C.  Payment (no credit cards), including a deposit check, is required at the time of pick up unless the reservation is substantial (10 or more items). In this case, a non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee is required at the time of the reservation. Equipment is due back the following Tuesday by 4:45 pm or a $2 per item per day late fee will be charged. If equipment is not returned after 14 days of it being late, the deposit check will be cashed and the remainder billed to the student’s account. The renter will also be required to pay for any damage caused by abuse or misuse.
