To cover the costs of photocopying and mailing the listings, as well as operational costs for the Placement Services, SMA charges a nominal fee based on the services you order. Make all checks payable to The Society for Marketing Advances or submit payment through a credit card by downloading and completing the Credit Card Form (.doc). SMA CANNOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS. Additionally, SMA cannot provide vouchers or invoices for Academic Placement Services. If your university requires such a document, please remit a personal check and use your returned check as a receipt for reimbursement.

• Special Note to Schools with Position Vacancies:  If there is a lot of "red tape" to go through in order to obtain payment from your school, simply send me the appropriate forms with the statement "payment forthcoming" handwritten somewhere on the order form. I trust that fees will eventually be mailed and I want to ensure that all information is included in the pre-conference listings.
