| The author hereby grants and assigns to C. W. Spinks, Editor, Trickster's Way ("the publisher") all
rights, title, and interest, including the copyright, in and to the contribution, without
fee. The publisher hereby GRANTS BACK TO THE AUTHOR a nonexclusive license, without fee,
to use the contribution in whole or in part in any lecture, speech, or other presentation
by the author, and to publish the contribution in whole or in part, or permit the same to
be published, as a part of any other work, provided that credit for prior publication be
given to Trickster's Way. Any fees received
by the Editor for reprints of the contribution will be applied to Trickster's
Way operating and publishing expenses.
The publisher recognizes that the use of copyrighted materials in the contribution
ordinarily falls under the "fair use" provisions of the U.S. Copyright Law. The
author shall have sole responsibility for determining if "fair use" does not
apply to the contribution or certain materials in the contribution. In such cases, the
author shall have the sole responsibility to obtain permissions for the use of such
materials and will deliver copies of the permissions to the publisher. The author shall
have sole responsibility for the payment of any and all fees for the use of copyrighted
material in connection with the contribution. The author shall have responsibility for
assuring that the production materials submitted to the journal contain any necessary
acknowledgements of copyrighted material.
The author shall indemnify and hold harmless the editor and publisher from any and all
loss, damage, liability or expense arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of
the foregoing representations and warranties.
