The Melvin R. Frei Undergraduate Research Fund is an endowment, with the annual income being used to provide support for undergraduate research in the Department of Biology.

The fund has been established to honor the life works of a Trinity professor who was so loved by his family, his students and his colleagues. And, it is to reflect the spirit of Dr. Frei and his commitment to undergraduate student research activities. The use of the fund’s annual income will be administered by the chair of the Department of Biology in consultation with Dr. Robert Blystone and other members of the Biology Department.

We would invite you to consider adding to the corpus of the Melvin R. Frei Undergraduate Research Fund. Contributions can be made through the Development Office of Trinity University.
