Raise your glasses to Thanksgiving and another winter!

We’re having a serious snowstorm up in the mountains. There's nothing better to do this morning than search for dumb videos like the ones linked above. A car just skidded off the road just down from our house. A wrecker had to haul it off. The snow is coming down heavier now. As soon as the it stops and the wind dies down I will start up my new snow blower --- joy, joy! At least I don't have to mow it and weed it as well.

A turkey in search of a turkey.

Each day about 20-30 wild turkeys feed in our front lawn. Below some of them are trying to get at the
few wild cranberries left by the Cedar Wax Wings and Blue Jays. I enticed one of the turkeys in for
Thanksgiving but now I can't find her. Do you suppose she's wearing a lampshade?

It's actually snowing much heavier now than what you see below.

We have both a large and a smaller mail box. The snow plow took out our smaller male box and damaged
mail box being held up mostly by snow.
