OFFICIAL TRINITY UNIVERSITY RINGS

Trinity University rings are available exclusively to undergraduate students who have completed at least 73 credit hours. 

Visit the Balfour ring representative at Coates Lobby on Tuesday, Feb. 5, and Wednesday, Feb. 6, to order.

The Ring ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel.

SPRING COMMENCEMENT 2008

Trinity University will hold Baccalaureate Vespers on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 5:00 pm in the Margarite B. Parker Chapel. Academic attire is not required, and students may sit with friends and family members.

The undergraduate commencement ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2008 in Laurie Auditorium at 10:30 a.m. There is no rehearsal. The student marshals will give you full instructions on the day of the ceremony.

B.A. candidates will assemble in the Ruth Taylor Recital Hall at 9:00 a.m.            B.S. and B. M. candidates will assemble in Laurie Auditorium room 110(TBD) at 9:00 a.m.  Students who are not in line by 9:45 a.m. will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.

**Please notify Laurie Auditorium if any of your guests will require wheelchair accommodation so that appropriate space can be reserved. (210-999-8117)

DIPLOMAS

Official diplomas will be mailed to the address indicated by the candidate on the Application for Graduation (or the permanent address, if no address is indicated) approximately four weeks after the commencement ceremony.  If this information needs to be updated, please do so by contacting Liliana Lovisa at Liliana.Lovisa@trinity.edu, or by fax to 210-999-7202.

PHOTOGRAPHS 

A professional photographer will photograph the degree candidates as they cross the platform.  The photographer will mail proofs to the permanent address of each student and will include instructions for ordering photographs.  (The photographer is not affiliated with Trinity University and will work directly with each student).
