History:  Gamma Chi Delta was founded in 1961 by a group of strong, dynamic and diverse women.  Over forty years later, these adjectives still describe the women of Gamma Chi Delta.  Gamma Chi Delta continues to offer a supportive and fun environment for young women seeking to get involved on the Trinity campus and in the San Antonio community.  The women of Gamma Chi Delta are involved in a range of athletic groups, student government organizations and academic clubs.  Like our motto, “In Unity, Individuality,” we celebrate the diversity of each individual in our sisterhood.
