Mission Statement

The purpose of this organization shall be:

A. To enhance the Korean culture to the undergraduate population.
B. To raise an interest in the Korean culture, with an emphasis on: 1)identity, 2)culture, 3)history.
C. To provide assistance to the needs of Korean undergraduates, and support any Korean graduates of Trinity University.

Professor Donald N. Clark is the sponsor for KSA. He teaches East Asian history and serves concurrently as Trinity's Director of International Studies. As a leader in the Korean Studies field he serves on the Northeast Asia Council of the Association for Asian Studies and chairs the Association's committee on Korean Studies.

Any Trinity student with an interest in Korea and Korean affairs—whether cultural, economic, political, or issues affecting Korean-Americans and KA students at Trinity—is welcome to join the Trinity Korean Students Association.

Recognized Agreement
KSA is a recognized student organization. Recognized student organizations are voluntary associations of Trinity Students which exist to pursue special interests or social activities. Status as a recognized student organization implies neither approval nor disapproval of the purposes of the organization and is not an endorsement of any such organization's purposes or activities.
