Laura Sandling - Executive Producer

Laura Sandling is a Sophomore from Missouri City, TX, a suburb outside of Houston, who plans to major in Communication and Sociology. She has been the News Director for Newswave since the Spring of 2010, and is excited about the upcoming year. Outside of Newswave, Laura is involved with Alpha Phi Omega, a Co-ed Service Fraternity, intramural volleyball, Black Student Union, and is a McNair Scholar. During her free time, Laura likes to hang out with her friends, watch movies, and see musicals.

Erin Dooley - Associate Producer

A self-proclaimed Comm Nerd, Erin Dooley is a Communications major from Dallas, TX. She also serves as Tiger TV's Web Master and the Lead Anchor of Newswave, and hopes to land a job in broadcast journalism or public relations after graduation. In the past, she has interned for Androvett Legal Media, a PR/ advertising firm specializing in legal issues, and for the Salesmanship Club of Dallas's Communications Department. At Trinity, she has served as a host for KRTU, San Antonio's only jazz radio station, public relations chair for Sigma Theta Tau, and a trinity tour guide. Though not actually a member of the Trinity Cat Alliance, she does stop to pet—and talk to— the TU cats on a regular basis (don't judge). Says Erin, "I'm proud to be working with such a great group of managers and producers."

Ben Haworth - News Director

Benjamin P. Haworth is a Senior Communication major and Film Studies minor. He is also the Program Manager for TigerTV as well as the News Director of Newswave and the host of Studio 21. He enjoys watching movies, spending time with his fiancee, listening to This American Life and picking films to show on TigerTV that no one has heard of.
