About Newswave:

Newswave is a weekly news show that is broadcast live on TigerTV every Friday at 3:00. It was founded by Trinity graduate and ABC affiliate KSAT-12 morning reporter Bianca Valenzuela. Newswave strives to replicate the environment of a professional news broadcast, giving students practical experience in production, news writing, reporting, graphics, and set design, and provides an opportunity to be one-air for the entire city of San Antonio to see.
