A minor in chemistry may be obtained by successful completion of a minimum of 20 hours in chemistry, to include CHEM-1311, CHEM-1312, CHEM-1112, CHEM-2319, CHEM-2119, CHEM-2320, CHEM-2120, CHEM-3130, and at least 4 additional upper division hours choosing from the following
courses: CHEM-3231, CHEM-3321, CHEM-3330, CHEM-3334, CHEM-3335, CHEM-3432, CHEM-3321, or CHEM-3190, CHEM-3290, CHEM-3390 or CHEM-3490. Only one credit hour of CHEM-3190, CHEM-3290, CHEM-3390 or CHEM-3490 may count towards the minor. A 2.0 average in Chemistry courses is also required.
