GNED-3330 Medical Humanities

The medical humanities will be explored in its breadth and scope as an interdisciplinary field of study that focuses upon the values and conceptualizations of medical care from various perspectives, notably that of physicians and patients. Students will develop narrative and interpretive competence though required readings, films, and art that represent accounts of illness experience, suffering, hope, and meaning making.
