Join a variety of musical groups

Students who choose to study performance, composition, or music education do so through ensemble participation, private lessons, and courses in music history and theory.

All students, regardless of major, are eligible to participate in any of the music ensembles at Trinity. Separate auditions are held every fall for the University's various performing ensembles, which are open to all Trinity students.

Performing Ensemble Highlights Include:

  • Annual fall and spring performances of major choral and orchestral masterworks
  • Performances in San Antonio, throughout Texas, across the nation, and around the world
  • Christmas Concert in Laurie Auditorium & Candlelight Christmas Vespers service in Parker Chapel
