I am thrilled to join you as Trinity University’s 20th President – during such an exciting time in our school’s 153-year history.
Thanks to the efforts of Dr. Anderson and many others, Trinity finds itself at an inflection point. As we begin this new academic year, we celebrate our newly earned classification as a National Liberal Arts institution by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education. This is an important milestone and one that we can continue to build upon in the coming years.
I am looking forward to meeting all of you in the coming days and weeks to learn what Trinity means to you. Until then, here’s a brief video introduction that lets you know a bit more about me.
Right now, I am immersing myself in what it means to be a Trinity Tiger, and I hope you’ll share your thoughts with me. I am incredibly excited by the multitude of opportunities that are in front of us today.
