• Joe Hatch is a member of the Core Infrastructure Services (CIS) group for Trinity University ITS in San Antonio, Texas.

    He is an ITS veteran with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Beginning as a Tech II in User Support Services, Joe achieved recognition for his problem-solving skills and superior customer service scores. Within one-and-a-half years, Trinity promoted Joe to a Support Analyst position managing Trinity's ResNet program, antivirus and NAC administration, smartphone support, conference group technical support, special projects support, and sole technical support for the President's Office, Board of Directors, and all other C-suite offices.

    As a member of CIS, Joe administers multiple systems. Having over 13 years of expertise with endpoint protection and administration, Joe currently serves as a Customer Advisory Board member for Bitdefender, which is a Gartner upper-right quadrant leader in enterprise security.
