• Michelle is the Assistant Director for Career Development. She joined the team as the Career Advisor for the Michael Neidorff School of Business. Prior to joining the team, Michelle worked at the University of the Incarnate Word for over six years. Having worked in Financial Aid, First-Year Engagement, and Career Services, she worked to bridge the gap between the offices and promoted student career success upon graduation. While pursuing her Master of Education from UTSA, she interned at Cafe College where she realized her passion for coaching students through college and into their careers. Michelle is particularly passionate about working with first-generation students, student-athletes, and diversity & inclusion initiatives on campus. Michelle is committed to helping students realize their passions and enhance the skills necessary for their success after graduation.
