• As the Assistant Director of Marketing, Sinclair creates compelling content to tell the career journeys of our Trinity University Tigers. In this role, he owns the center’s marketing strategy, oversees campus wide programming, and effectively use data to engage stakeholders, students, and families. 

    Sinclair takes a developmental and appreciative approach to career advising, working to empower students to think critically, adapt to challenging situations, and build the career experience of their dreams. He meets students with empathy, humor, and often uses storytelling and anecdotes as a way to inform and inspire. 

    Recently from Baltimore, Maryland by way of South Jersey, New Jersey, Sinclair has lived in Oregon, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing (2009) at Saint Peter’s University. While at St. Peter’s University, Sinclair served as a resident assistant, orientation leader, contributor to the school newspaper. He also interned at MTV and participated in several immersion trips with Campus Ministry to Honduras, West Virginia, and more. Sinclair received his Master’s Degree in Leadership (2014) at Rosemont College. He has worked in residential life, service learning and volunteering, academic advising, and for a variety of non-profit organizations. Sinclair has also worked extensively with global wellness companies as a writer and voice talent. 

    When Sinclair isn’t at work, he is enjoying time with his wife, Tynesha, and their toddler, Isabella.
