Campus Housing

Please note that all prices are per person per semester. For comparison, the average Trinity University residence hall room rate is $4,345 per person per semester for a double or $6,328.50 per person per semester for a single, not including meal plan costs.

Parking

Residents
One complimentary parking sticker is provided for each leaseholder who owns a car. This sticker is for use on the Trinity University City Vista property only and does not serve as a parking pass for main-campus lots and garages. Residents may choose to purchase an additional Trinity University parking pass.

Visitors
There are visitor parking spaces directly outside City Vista’s main entrance and inside of the parking garage, outside of the gateAdditional parking is available along Old Hildebrand Avenue behind the complex. Be sure to park on the side of the street touching the complex to avoid tickets.
