Tuesday’s Covid Test Results Delayed
Community labs is experiencing a high volume of testing

Dear Colleagues -

For those who participated in baseline testing on Tuesday, Jan. 11, I wanted to let you know that our partner, Community Labs, is experiencing high volumes of testing from across San Antonio. As a result, processing times have lengthened to as much as 72 hours. 

Thank you for your patience, and for giving the COVID Health Team some time to receive those results before contacting them. If you need to report to work if you plan to be on campus, but be sure to mask and maintain distance and contact with others until results are received. 

We are so sorry for the delays; we know that is anxiety-inducing!
