Staff Performance Evaluations

This year the annual performance evaluation process will be done in Workday. You will see the same performance criteria and rating scales that you are used to, with an enhanced ability to set and track goals and gather feedback.

Everyone is encouraged to attend one of the following one-hour training sessions to learn how to do performance evaluations in Workday. These Zoom sessions will include manager instructions for conducting evaluations.

Monday, Feb. 13, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 14, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 20, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
