Description
Four students are nominated from each San Antonio-area high school, and winners are granted scholarships based on academic standing.
Eligibility
Who is eligible:
Undergraduate junior and senior students who:
- Meet satisfactory academic progress, as determined by Student Financial Services
- Are enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours each semester)
- Have completed an internship for course credit
- Have an approved resume uploaded on Handshake
Who is not eligible:
Undergraduate first-year, sophomore, and graduate students
How to Apply
Trinity University invites students who have completed an internship for course credit to apply for the Valero Alamo Bowl Scholarship by July of each year.
Trinity University invites students to apply for the Valero Alamo Bowl Scholarship. Students who have completed an internship for course credit—that was structured and involved supervised professional work experience with an accepted employer in the private, public, or non-profit sector—are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to students whose internship was completed in San Antonio.
