How to Apply

Establish your Yellow Ribbon status:

Degree-seeking undergraduate students that are 100% entitled under the Post 9/11 GI Bill are eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Scholarship. Graduate students are not eligible for this scholarship. A copy of the student's Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is required to verify entitlement and should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar once obtained. You can request a copy of your VA issued COE by calling the VA Education Call Center: 888-442-4551 or by logging in to your e-benefits account.

Deadline: There is no firm deadline, but for recipients' own convenience, it is ideal to establish their Yellow Ribbon status before the first billing cycle.
