Amer Kaissi is an-award winning Professor and the author of the book “Intangibles: The Unexpected Traits of High-Performing Healthcare Leaders,” which has won the 2019 American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Book of the Year award. Kaissi teaches courses in Leadership & Professional Development and is the Director of the Executive Program. His research interests include leadership, retail clinics and strategic planning. Kaissi is a national speaker with the Studer Group and a faculty member with ACHE. He is also a certified Executive & Physician Coach and he consults with hospitals and healthcare organizations in their strategic planning efforts. Kaissi, an avid soccer fan, lives in San Antonio with his wife and two children.
Kaissi is a national speaker on Leadership issues. He talks to large and small audiences in hospitals, health systems and professional associations all over the country. He coaches executives on maximizing their leadership potential and facilitates the strategic planning processes for local and national organizations.
