Dr. Crooms works to educate individuals and families on areas related to sports, athlete development, education and health. His research focus is on the influence of Christian faith in the development of racial and athletic identities of Black male student-athletes. His aim as an educator, coach, mentor, motivational speaker, and researcher is to put his research to practice by empowering youth and college students.
