Carmen Aramanda
- Director Center of Innovation & Entrepreneurship , Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
As Director of Trinity University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I lead efforts to make entrepreneurship an accessible, engaging, and career-shaping experience for every student. I oversee the academic minor in Entrepreneurship and collaborate closely with faculty who teach across the program, ensuring students experience entrepreneurship as both a mindset and a practical skillset.
Since joining Trinity in 2016 as Program Coordinator, I’ve helped shape the Center and its signature programs, building a foundation that supports students, faculty, and alumni as they explore innovation and venture creation. In my current role, I guide strategic initiatives, mentor a dedicated team, and design experiences that help students turn ideas into action—whether through launching ventures, leading within organizations, or driving change in their communities.
I also value opportunities to connect Trinity’s work with San Antonio’s broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, contributing to partnerships and programs that foster shared learning and local innovation.
My CliftonStrengths, Achiever, Analytical, Restorative, Learner, and Significance, reflect a drive to build with purpose, seek understanding, and create lasting impact.
