You can apply scholarships and student aid to pay for City Vista (but not for other off-campus other apartments).
If you opt to live at City Vista, you will be exempted from Trinity’s student meal plan requirements.
You can choose to room (or not!) with anyone, regardless of sex or gender.
You won’t be locked into long leases like with other apartments, making it easy to move in and out.

Please note that all prices are per person per semester. For comparison, the average Trinity University residence hall room rate is $4,345 per person per semester for a double or $6,328.50 per person per semester for a single, not including meal plan costs.

One complimentary parking sticker is provided for each leaseholder who owns a car. This sticker is for use on the Trinity University City Vista property only and does not serve as a parking pass for main-campus lots and garages. Residents may choose to purchase an additional Trinity University parking pass.
There are visitor parking spaces directly outside City Vista’s main entrance and inside of the parking garage, outside of the gate. Additional parking is available along Old Hildebrand Avenue behind the complex. Be sure to park on the side of the street touching the complex to avoid tickets.
