• Jones, Ph.D. serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs or Chief Academic Officer for the campus. She oversees all academic programs, the development and mentoring of faculty and professional staff of academic affairs, budget preparation and oversight, Coates Library, TU Press, Athletics, the Registrar, implementation of the strategic plan and administration of the Pathways curriculum. Before coming to Trinity, Jones served as Provost at Drake University in Iowa, and Dean and Professor of Education at Longwood University in Virginia. She also served in a number of academic and administrative roles at the University of Kentucky. She completed an ACE Fellowship at the University of Kansas and is an affiliated professor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.
