• Jorge Colazo is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in Trinity's department of Finance and Decision Sciences. He also spearheaded the creation of Trinity's degree in Business Analytics and Technology and the minors in Data Science and Global Supply Chain Management.

    Jorge is a Chemical Engineer and MBA and earned a Ph.D. in Operations Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada. Prior to obtaining his doctorate, Jorge worked in managerial positions in five countries and for companies such as Exxon, Toyota and Unilever, and he is a sought-after consultant on different aspects of Supply Chain Management and Analytics. His work experience includes Supply Chain Analytics, Lean systems and R&D.
