• Zhang received her Ph.D. degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Her research focuses on key corporate finance and corporate governance issues, such as the effectiveness of the board of directors monitoring, the remuneration design of corporate executives and directors, financial reporting quality, capital structure and financing decisions, and the impact of news shocks on financial assets. Zhang teaches corporate finance courses at various levels and a first-year experience course. She also leads Trinity’s study abroad program in Shanghai.
