• Tianxi got her Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University. Tianxi earned her BS and MS in Management Science from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Tianxi has work experience in project management and human resources at three major international firms in China (Phillips, Hwelett-Packard, Siemens).

    She has published in Communications of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology and Journal of Service Science and Management.
