Aetna Offers Mental Health and Additional Care Options for Trinity Employees

Employees on the Aetna medical insurance plans have access to a range of benefits, including mental health and 24/7 access to a doctor through CVS Health Virtual Care. Employees who have the Aetna dental insurance plan have over-the-counter benefits. Review the following options and information on how to access these benefits.

Mental Health Benefits

Aetna offers a variety of mental health resources, with virtual and in-person options, to help support the whole you. Discover these resources, including support for crises, preventive care, and education→

Your cost per visit:

80 plan: $35 copay
70 plan: $40 copay
HDHP: deductible and coinsurance may apply

Explore Care Options

Select from different care options based on the severity and urgency of your needs. If it’s a true emergency and your life is in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room (ER). If not, there are several less expensive options to choose from. To find walk-in and urgent care center locations, log in to Aetna.com. Not sure where to go? Aetna’s 24/7 nurse line can help you make an informed decision after you describe your medical situation to a registered nurse.

For minor healthcare needs, like coughs, colds, flu, strep throat, and infections, you can call Aetna’s 24-hour nurse line at 1-855-493-7019 or visit CVS.com/virtualcare for 24/7 access to a doctor. You can also visit a walk-in clinic or MinuteClinic for non-emergency medical issues.

For urgent healthcare needs, go to an urgent care center. These centers can address immediate care needs in serious but non-life-threatening situations.

For medical emergencies that could permanently impair or endanger your life, go to an emergency room, including freestanding ERs.

Dental Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefits
