The Trinity University Alumni Association awards program seeks to recognize alumni who are representing their alma mater in extraordinary ways and is committed to a process of inclusive excellence in selecting award recipients.

Distinguished Alumni Award Recipient 2025
The Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest award presented by the Trinity University Alumni Association. Candidates will have distinguished themselves through personal or professional achievement and must have attended or graduated from Trinity at least 16 years ago.

Spirit of Trinity Alumni Award Recipient 2025
The Spirit of Trinity Award is given to a loyal alumnus/a who embodies what it means to be a Trinitonian. The award recognizes exceptional service to the community or University. The alumnus/a makes significant contributions to volunteer or professional organizations and demonstrates the attributes of Trinity's liberal arts education: exhibiting creativity, purposefulness, and a commitment to improving the quality of their community.

Outstanding Young Alumni Award 2025
The Outstanding Young Alumni Award is given to young alumni whose achievements in their profession or chosen field and/or in service to the community set a standard of excellence worthy of recognition by the University and the Alumni Association. Nominees must be Trinity alumni and have graduated in the past 10 years.

Fraternity/Sorority Life Alumni Adviser of the Year Award 2025
The Fraternity/Sorority Life Alumni Adviser of the Year Award recognizes outstanding service to a Trinity University fraternity or sorority by an alumnus/a who has served in an advisory capacity. All FSL alumni advisers are eligible for this award, regardless of when s/he served in this role. Award criterion is simple: significant interaction and support of the undergraduate members of a fraternity/sorority organization.

Heart of Trinity Award
The Heart of Trinity Award for Future Alumni, sponsored by the Board of Visitors and the Trinity University Alumni Association, in partnership with Alumni Relations and Development, awards up to four seniors $1,000 each year for outstanding service to the University.

Tigers on the Rise Award
The Tigers on the Rise Award recognizes five future alumni who demonstrate exceptional leadership, service, and commitment to Trinity University. Recipients represent the university with integrity, stay engaged with the Trinity community, and show a dedication to supporting future Tigers through their time, talent, and resources.

Health Care Administration Alumni Association Awards
The Duce Award
The Duce Award honors an outstanding Health Care Administration graduate who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and significant contributions to health services. Presented annually, it commemorates Dean Leonard A. Duce, a founding faculty member and former Graduate School dean. Nominations should include the candidate's background, Trinity HCAD involvement, Annual Fund participation, mentorship history, and notable awards or community contributions.

The Momentum Award
The Momentum Award recognizes early careerists age 40 and under for outstanding achievements in the field of health care management. Supplemental information regarding the nominees' background/bio, support of Trinity's HCAD Department, participation in the HCAD Annual Fund, whether they have taken residents, notes on coaching tree and/or organization's challenges and other awards, accolades and/or community involvement will assist with candidate selection.
