Leadership Starts Here

Leadership at Trinity happens in classrooms, residence halls, student organizations, service projects, and campus-wide initiatives. Whether you're organizing events, advocating for your peers, mentoring fellow students, or serving in student government, you'll find opportunities to lead from your first semester through graduation.

The Student Engagement and Development Office supports undergraduate and graduate students through leadership programs, training opportunities, advising, and recognition programs that help turn involvement into meaningful leadership experience.
