A Neighborhood for New Tigers
Located on the east side of campus, the First-Year Neighborhood includes four residence halls close to Mabee Dining Hall and plenty of green space. Within each building, you’ll find amenities like study lounges, shared kitchens, laundry facilities, and bi-weekly housekeeping service.

The First-Year Neighborhood is an exciting place to get to know the rest of your entering class and to adjust to campus life. The neighborhood consists of residence halls on the east side of campus, clustered together so all first-year students can experience a vibrant and supportive community.
Beze Hall
This three-story residence hall is right behind Mabee Dining Hall. Its amenities include the Beze Underground, a multi-purpose floor with a gameroom, laundry facilities, and computer lab.
Herndon Hall
Sharing a quad with Beze, Herndon offers quick access to the Bell Center and other recreational facilities. All rooms overlook park-like scenery.
McLean Hall
This four-story residence hall features shared and private balconies, a rooftop deck, and housing for both first-year and upper-division students. McLean is also right next to Mabee Dining Hall.
Witt-Winn Hall
Robert R. Witt - Carlton R. Winn Hall is in the middle of the quad. Rooms feature walk-in closets, and all residents have access to a shared rooftop deck.
