Tickets are required for entry into Laurie Auditorium. Each graduate receives a limited number of guest tickets based on ceremony capacity.

Ticket Allotment

Morning Ceremony

 5 tickets per graduate
(B.S. and M.S.)

Afternoon Ceremony

10 tickets per graduate
(B.A., B.M., M.A., M.A.T., M.Ed.)

Step 1

Look for the Ticket Email

Watch for an email from events@trinity.edu with the subject:
“Congratulations, Graduates! Secure Your Tickets for Spring Commencement.”

This email allows you to register your guests. Graduates do not need tickets.

Step 2

Register Your Guests

Each ticket requires:

  • Guest’s first and last name
  • Unique email address

Children age three and under do not require a ticket but must sit in a lap.

Accessible seating can be requested during registration. Guests who indicate accessibility needs will receive follow-up instructions one week before the ceremony.

Registration deadline: May 14 at 11:59 p.m.

After registration:

  • QR codes will be emailed
  • Guests may save QR codes to Apple or Google Wallet
    Seating is open (graduate sections reserved)

Step 3

Bring Your QR Code

Doors open one hour before each ceremony.

Guests may leave and re-enter using the same QR code.

A help desk will be available at Laurie Auditorium for ticket assistance.

A Watch Viewing Party will be held in the CSI CUBE.
