Why Study Media and Communication at Trinity?
People and organizations are more connected than ever before, and the media landscape is in constant transformation. Trinity University prepares students for this ever-changing world with career-focused communication programs.
Students are immersed from day one. They learn in top-notch labs and production facilities within the Sid W. Richardson Communication Center, including KRTU, TigerTV, Trinitonian, and Mirage. Our department also hosts an array of informative and networking events each year, from the annual Communication Day to robust speaker and lecture series.
San Antonio serves as a learning lab for our students, with internship opportunities with local sports and media, from the Spurs to the Express-News to KSAT-TV. Our students also find real-world learning experiences around the country at outlets and organizations like Google, National Geographic, ESPN, HGTV, and Real Simple.
