Learn Through Experience

Internships help you apply what you’re learning in the classroom in professional settings while building skills, confidence, and insight into potential career paths. Through hands-on experience, you can explore industries and roles that align with your interests, strengthen professional and communication skills, build connections with employers and mentors, and gain experience that prepares you for life after Trinity.

Trinity also connects students with internship opportunities across industries through employer partnerships, recruiting platforms, and academic programs. You can search and apply for internships through Handshake, connect with employers through career fairs and networking events, and explore opportunities related to your academic and career interests.

Earn Credit for Your Experience

Some internships may be eligible for academic credit, allowing you to connect your experience with your coursework. Students can earn up to six academic credits for qualifying internships.
