GNED-2101 Career & Life Design: Trinity and Beyond

Where do you see yourself in the future? Do you have a plan or...a design for your career and life? This one-credit course will guide participants through an examination of their skills, talents, experiences, and goals to help each person design a plan for their future life. Students will more easily discover what they want to do now and how to build their future. Four themes will be covered in the course: 1) curiosity, 2) bias to action, 3) reframing, and 4) radical collaboration as they relate to career and life decision-making. Participants will leave the course with a better understanding of themselves and possible career and life designs that align with their goals and aspirations. Concrete tools, such as resume building, informational interviewing skills, and personal branding will be integrated to assist students in creating a toolbox to advance them in the future.
