Please meet these deadlines to ensure the success of your organization’s event.

  • Submit your T-SPACE requests and EIFs for routine events that do not require contracts and are not open to the public at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Submit your T-SPACE requests and EIFs for non-routine events (e.g., events with contracts and outside vendors, large-scale events and events open to the public, and/or events with minors) at least six to eight weeks prior to the event.
  • Remove the information re: 5 days before the event and 24 hours before the event.

To reserve a space or equipment for your student organization’s event, you must use T-SPACE, Trinity's centralized reservation system.

All student organizations must have a T-SPACE trained administrator in order to make campus reservations. Send an email to @email for training information.

Banner Request Form

Request Requirements and Guidelines

  • A T-SPACE reservation is required to hang banners in Coates Student Center.
  • Submit the request at least five class days before the banner(s) are needed.
  • Solid color backgrounds are not permitted.
  • Graphics must be no larger than half of the document.
  • Banners are only printed for campus-wide, student organization-led events and programs (e.g., not for recurring meetings).
  • Please send a screenshot or PDF of the event’s T-SPACE confirmation to @email. Banners will not be printed for events that have not yet been approved or confirmed in T-SPACE.
  • Pick up printed banners within 24 hours of email notification.
  • Ensure that the file you attached is the final version. You may not print multiple drafts of a banner.
